Interested insurance companies must submit copies of the company registration certificate, tax clearance certificate, regulator-approved license/authorization, latest renewal certificate, audited financial statements for the last three fiscal years, insurance policy details, and a clear statement of premium rates and deductible/excess terms. Interested insurers are requested to submit their sealed proposals to the company's office within office hours by the specified submission date.
