Raghuganga Hydropower Limited invites sealed hard copy bids from eligible Nepalese bidders under National Competitive Bidding (Single-Stage, Single-Envelope) for the construction of Double Bituminous Surface Dressing (DBST) works along the access road of the Rahughat Hydroelectric Project. Bidding documents can be purchased until 2026-10-29, 17:00 hrs, for a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-10-16 at 11:00 hrs. Bids must be submitted to the Contact Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu by 2026-10-30, 12:00 hrs, and will be opened the same day at 13:00 hrs.
